Terms and Conditions

Please read through our terms and conditions before you place an order with SayItByPost.com.  If you place an order you are accepting these conditions.  They may change from time to time.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

We use PayPal and Google Checkout for our card authorisations.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. 

Delivery

If you place your order before 12 noon then your cards will be dispatched the same day.  All cards listed on the site are in stock unless shown on the individual product page.  Our website will not allow you to order cards that are not in stock. All cards are sent inside board envelopes to make sure that they arrive in the same condition that they leave us.  Cards to the UK are sent first class post, outside the UK standard airmail. UK delivery should be next working day after dispatch (however is has been known to take 3 working days), outside the UK between 7 and 10 days.  We email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

Cancelling

If you decide to cancel an order, forward your order confirmation to orders@sayitbypost.com with the subject line changed to CANCEL.  If the order has not been dispatched it will be canceled with a full refund.

If the order has been dispatched, return the cards in the packaging that you received them, place this packaging into an envelope and post them back (the return postage is your responsibility), our address is on the packing slip and also on this website. Cards that are returned must still be in their original cellophane wrapper and must not have been written on.  Please include a copy of the packing slip with a note why they are being returned and if you require a replacement (if a card has been damaged in the post) or a refund. Without the packing slip we are not able to process the return as we can not identify your order. We will refund or replace the cards that you return as requested. If you are not returning your whole order any refunds will be based on the number of cards that you return. Returns are accepted up to 28 days from our shipping date.  Return instructions are printed on the reverse of the invoice you receive with the order.

Your Details

SayItByPost.com operates within the Data Protection Act 1998. We only use the information you give us to enable us to supply and deliver the cards you have ordered.  Your information is stored on a secure server.  We never supply information to third parties.
